From beginning understanding of Coffee beans, Roasting session, Espresso extraction, Milk Techniques, Lattet Art, Drinks building, practice customer services ... this class and contents training are core values for beginners. Let’s take the class with Talk Barista Saigon

10 - 14 sessions ( between 5 - 8 days)

For Coffee lovers/ abroad Students who has simple love to learn Espresso ideas - Art skill for their working, traveling visa, apprentice students working aboard as their part time/full time job. This class designed to fit to students working uniquely and this is most time for practices: Workflows, techniques, working mindset, customer service, drink buildings, Latte Art and drink list with milk based.

(From 1h30’ to 3hours)

Experience class for practicing, how steps of making Latte Coffee as Talk’s techniques. Also a chance to all coffee lovers first touching to the beginning skills on Espresso, Milk Techniques, Latte Art basic or advanced for some. a chance for Talk Barista Team to share our passion, mindset practiced daily.

Optional Meeting at Talk Barista or Guide pick you at hotel. Your first visit and last a home Craft specialty coffee Vietnam named Talk Barista Saigon. Learning how coffee roasted and you roast your own coffee, making a favorite coffee as local Phin, Latte Art, Capucinno…yourself. you could have a break between Roasting process with funs of practicing local Kungfu (Called Mindful Kungfu by Talk Barista). Then practicing Latte coffee Art and tasting your nice coffee.

Leaving for a city loop and local special Lunch, Back to your hotel, End!

This Talk Barista’s highly recommendation and best choice for a small group of student, school, companies on their holiday. An additional blend to local cultural activities of coffee craft and Mindful Kungfu, that is a group healthy visit and experience : Roasting coffee on the table , making Vietnamese Coconut coffee/Salty/Latte Art coffee and Kungfu Self defense as an experience at Talk Barista Saigon.
